At 1978, we want to make sure your package arrives fast and effortlessly, which is why we ship via USPS and UPS.

Order Processing:

As a small team, we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for in-stock orders to be processed.
Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday periods, so we appreciate your patience.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders have a different timeline depending on the specific item. Most pre-orders take 3-4 weeks to make, plus additional time for shipping.For exact details refer to the product page of your items.
Please note: A large pre order may take longer to ship since each piece is handmade with love!
If you need your pre-order by a specific date, please reach out to us in advance.
You can always contact us for shipping updates on your pre-order.

Express Shipping:

Express orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Second Day Air.

Shipping Issues:

If there are any problems on our end, we will notify you promptly and do everything possible to fix the issue.
If your package is lost in transit, we may offer a replacement, or larger orders may be compensated through shipping insurance.
If shipping is delayed, we will provide updates and an estimated delivery time.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund. You will need to contact the carrier directly for any missing packages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS and cannot refund shipping charges if guaranteed delivery times are not met.

Order Cancellations & Returns:

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
Once you receive your order, items can be returned for a refund within 7 days.
