1978 Boutique started as a dream I had as a sophomore in high school sewing my own designed halter tops in between homework, classes, and everyday teenage life. I’ve always been a creative soul who loves crafting, designing, and bringing ideas to life through fashion.
Six years later, that little passion project has grown into 1978 Boutique a place where I get to share my love for vintage style, handmade details, and thoughtfully chosen pieces with the world. The name 1978 was inspired by my love for the free-spirited, nostalgic feeling of the 70s a time that continues to influence my designs and aesthetic.
I’m a wife, believer, sister, friend, and small business owner, and I’m so grateful to run 1978 with the help of my small team. We pride ourselves on creating and curating quality pieces with slow fashion at the heart of what we do, focusing on timeless styles and natural fibers whenever possible.
