Return Policy – 1978 Boutique

We hope you love everything you purchase from 1978 Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, items are no longer eligible for return. Exchanges available for 30 days.

All discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept items with makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke odor, pet hair, or any stains or damage.

We do offer exchanges when possible, but due to limited inventory and fast sell-through, exchanges are not guaranteed.

 

Return Instructions:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be shipped using USPS or UPS.

In order for returns to be processed correctly, you must enclose your original invoice and notify us when you ship it out just so we can look out for it!

Customer is fully responsible for the costs of shipping the items back. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
